November 2, 2010, General Municipal Election
Candidates or officeholders who have a controlled committee,
or who have raised or spent or will raise or spend $1,000 or more during a
calendar year, in connection with election to office or holding office must file
a California Form 460 campaign statement. The Form 460 is also required if
$1,000 or more will be raised or spent during the calendar year at the behest of
the officeholder or candidate.

2nd Pre-Election Campaign
Statement
Filing period: 10/1/10 to 10/16/10
Due date: October 21, 2010
Late contributions &
independent expenditures of $1,000 or more
Filing period: 10/17/10 to 11/1/10
Due date: Within 24 hours
3rd Campaign Statement
(Semi-Annual)
Filing period: 10/17/10 to 12/31/10
Due date: January 31, 2011
