The Community Improvement Unit focuses on health and safety regulations outlined in the Lodi Municipal Code, such as abating dangerous buildings and promoting neighborhood preservation.
The Unit is part of the Police Department's Professional Services Bureau and is managed by Jeanie Biskup.
The Unit's staff works closely with the Lodi Improvement Committee in
developing programs to improve the quality of life for Lodi residents.
