The City of Lodi is making it easier than ever to help the Community Improvement unit keep Lodi safe and clean.

You can now report possible code violations, such as abandoned vehicles, illegal construction and other nuisances, through the following link, http://user.govoutreach.com/lodi/, which is available from the City of Lodi's home page and the Police Department's Community Improvement page.

The site allows visitors to ask a code enforcement-related question, make a compliment or complaint and attach a photograph relating to their comments. The new tool also will make it easy for Community Improvement staff to communicate with residents who submit complaints or concerns through the site.

Once residents report a complaint or problem, the online tool generates a user ID and password that will allow them to track the progress or status of their reports.
