CELEBRATION ON CENTRAL 2004—The fifth annual Celebration on Central will be at a new location this year—still Central Avenue but between Pine Street and Lodi Avenue and utilizing the Joe Serna Jr. School grounds.  The Sunday afternoon celebration is scheduled for May 16^th between noon and three.  Again free entertainment, food, and family activities will be available to those who come to learn about the many services such as health, animal care, housing, and more.  Those interested in participating as a service provider can call Janet Hamilton at 333-6700 or Stephanie Bays at 468-4117.
